How does the 30-day free trial work?

You get full access to all features of the plan you choose for 30 days: AI phone assistant, call handling, SMS confirmations, and (for Business/Pro) and integrations. You set up your opening hours, menu and policies, connect your booking system, and connect/forward your phone number. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. If you keep using Replys after 30 days, your subscription starts automatically and you’re billed monthly.

What happens if I go over my included call minutes or SMS?

Nothing breaks. The assistant keeps answering calls and sending confirmations. Any usage above your plan’s limit is simply billed as overage at the end of the month. The overage costs are specified in the pricing table.

Is there a setup fee or long-term contract?

No. There are no setup fees or installation costs. The monthly subscribtion can be cancelled any time. You can upgrade or downgrade plans month-to-month as your restaurant’s needs change.

How long does it take to get Replys live in my restaurant?

Most restaurants are fully live within 30 minutes. After signing up, you fill in your basic details, upload your menu and any useful information for guests, and connect your booking system. Once that’s done you can test the assistant as much as you want. When you’re ready, you activate the voice bot and optionally change the forwarding settings.

In which languages can the AI assistant talk to my guests?

Replys handles multiple languages and can automatically detect the caller’s language. The Essential plan supports two languages, while the Business and Pro plans include multiple language support. Enterprise customers can request additional or custom language configurations. You can also add multilingual information to your knowledge base to improve accuracy for different guests.

Can my team still answer the phone if they want to?

Yes. You decide when the AI should handle calls and when they should be forwarded to your staff. Some restaurants let Replys answer all calls, while others only use it during rush hours, outside opening times, or when the line is busy. You can also set rules for what happens when the assistant can’t complete a request, such as sending your staff a message or asking a guest to expect a callback.

How accurate is the AI and what kind of questions can it handle?

Replys is purpose-built for restaurants and can answer almost all common guest questions, including opening hours, menu details, dietary concerns, parking, directions, group requests, and reservation availability. The accuracy depends on the information you provide in your knowledge base. The more complete your menu, policies, and FAQs are, the more precise and helpful the assistant becomes. You can update your information at any moment and the AI learns the changes instantly.

Does Replys work with my existing phone number and reservation system?

When you create your account, Replys automatically gives you your own dedicated phone number. You can add this number to Google, your website, your socials, and anywhere guests find your restaurant’s contact details. The AI assistant answers calls on that number immediately. You can also choose when calls should be forwarded to your restaurant—always, only during opening hours, only when your staff is busy, or not at all. For reservations, Replys integrates directly with your booking system so the assistant can check availability and make bookings in real time. If you’re using a different system, custom integrations are available on the Pro and Enterprise plans.

Is guest data safe and GDPR compliant?

Yes. Replys uses secure infrastructure and processes all data through encrypted channels. Your data remains your property and is stored in GDPR-compliant environments. We do not sell or share guest information with external parties. Data is only used to power your assistant and improve the service. Business, Pro, and Enterprise plans can request security documentation, data processing agreements and compliance details if needed for internal audits.
